Foundational Ecosystem Formation & Utility Transition

  • Rebranding of the CONDOR identity and restructuring of the urban utility token model

  • Distribution of DID-based payment infrastructure proposals to local governments and specialized cities; initiation of MOUs

  • Securing lifestyle-integrated payment partners (e.g., mobility, commerce, shared services)

  • Beta testing of Dordor Point ↔ CONDOR Token conversion system with on-chain wallet integration
